The discovery of the imai engine - a gigantic transparent engine, produced by nature and responsible for the rotational storms and the process to avoid and/or deviate and weaken hurricanes and tornados, is understood by the discovery of the principles of Inspansion and the natural formation of the Imai Engine (tornados and hurricanes), as well as the process to avoid its formation using techniques of unleashing situated artificial rains, with the intent of hindering the formation of CB's that form the tornados and hurricanes, and aforestation and reforestation in large scale, in the case of tornados. Using aircrafts with specially developed equipments for the process described in this patent, with a tank (24) of water solution, a control panel (25), hydraulic pump (26), pulverizers (18) and support launcher (39) of arrow-trees (38).
